The extended uprights with 8 built-in Olympic plate plate storage posts help eliminates time wasted when moving from the barbell rack to the lifting platform during workouts. Features standard J-hooks, bar catches, and upper and lower resistance band pegs. Open front design allows for unrestricted movements and the chin-up handles provide natural exercise motion. The feet contain pre-drilled holes that can be used to secure the rack to the floor if necessary.
