The squat platform has a wide steel plate with tread grooves which add extra stability and excellent grip. The 4 (four) weight plate storage horns allow for fast weight changes during reps for more convenient and effective workouts. The multiple adjustable handles provide a variety of grip positions and may be raised or lowered along the posts. Use the adjustable resistance band anchors for added dynamic resistance.
