Minimum Weight Stack Option: 15 lbs Per Side (This means you cannot do 5 or 10 lb cable exercises)
PLEASE NOTE: FSR80 weight stacks are heavy. Each stack feels like 15 lbs per side at the starting weight. If this is too high we highly recommend the French Fitness FSR90, French Fitness FSR70, or French Fitness FSR60.
