Please note the 4 stack (this listing) is the same as in the video, except it is only 1 tower instead of 2, and no pull up section in the middle, and it's also black in color instead of silver. This means all exercises seen in the video can be performed on the 4 stack EXCEPT for exercises which both crossover stations are used at same time, and exercises using the pull up station.
